Eating and hydrating properly is an often neglected aspect of a youth athlete's development. We assist players in making good food and beverage choices, tracking calories and macronutrients (macros), and creating a plan to fit their personal goals, whether those goals are bulking up or slimming down.

We provide assistance to high school baseball players throughout the college recruiting process, offering guidance, exposure, and strategic support to navigate the complex path to collegiate baseball. Our goal is to find the best academic and athletic fit for each player, ensuring a successful transition to the next level.

Use the facility during non-business hours at your own convenience. Players who sign up for this service will be provided with a special access they can pull up on their phone which will enable them to enter the building at any time of the day, 24/7. Those under 18 will be required to be accompanied by an adult.

When 8 or more players from the same travel team have an active membership, the team will unlock two hours of complimentary full facility use per month.

The "High School Summer Combine" is a summer-long training program designed to immerse players in a high-level training environment. Athletes work every aspect of their game, training like a professional under the direct guidance of our expert coaching staff.
The intensive four-hour sessions blend on-field skill work, hitting, classroom training, and a comprehensive strength and speed regimen. We also cover crucial developmental areas, including mobility, arm care, nutrition, and the college recruiting process.
It functions as a "one-stop shop" for elite development, providing everything a player needs while eliminating the stress and overwhelm which comes with managing a training and development plan independently. Plus, by finishing training early in the day, players still have plenty of time to get a job, play for their summer team, or engage in other summer activities.
